Seminario of Argentine Tango: Dynamics and Contrasts

Tango is a duality in itself, created from oppositions, contrasts and divergent energies. The man and the woman; proposal and listening; passion and suffering ... Thereby contrasts should be present in the dance and are necessary to keep the nature of Tango. Those are tools available to us and from which we can inspire. In our body, in our interpretation and in the movement.
In that matter, we present a seminar where we propose to build dynamics using contrasts.

Class 1: Tonus and Connexion (Saturday 4h, all)
To achieve those 2 elements, we need to develop the posture. Using the floor and the body to achieve a better balance, connexion and internal dynamic that is needed for movement.

Class 2: Musicality (Sunday 2h, inter/adv)
Rythmic variations and creation of contrasts in order to enhence the musical dynamics.

Class 3: Tension and Freedom (Sunday 4h, inter/adv)
Exploration of different energies in the movement. Ways to facilitate certain movements and to free ourselves using tension release.
